Personal trainer, Pilates instructor and water exercise specialist, Leehe Lev of Whole Self Fitness, will be giving tips on how to strengthen the core. She will demonstrate a five-minute routine. After six weeks of this routine, cyclists will experience stronger core, less back pain, better posture and more energy. This workshop will benefit all cyclists.
